Frequently Asked Questions

Everything You Need to Know Before We Begin

What's the difference between coordination, partial, and full planning?
  • Coordination: You plan the wedding, and I step in 30–45 days before to finalize details, build your timeline, coordinate vendors, and manage the wedding day.
  • Partial Planning: You lead the planning, and I guide you through key decisions, vendor selections, design alignment, and logistics throughout the process.
  • Full Planning: I support you from start to finish — vision, design, vendor sourcing, budget, logistics, and full wedding-day management.

Communication depends on your service level:

  • Coordination: We begin regular communication 45–30 days before your wedding, with check-ins as needed.
  • Partial Planning: Scheduled checkpoints throughout your planning journey, plus email support for questions and guidance.
  • Full Planning: Ongoing communication, monthly planning meetings, and consistent support throughout the entire process.

No matter your package, you’ll always feel informed, supported, and never left guessing.

Yes — I oversee setup of personal décor items such as signage, table numbers, favors, welcome table items, and ceremony details. For large-scale installations (florals, rentals, draping, lighting), I coordinate with your vendor team to ensure everything is placed correctly and on schedule.

Calm problem-solving is one of my strengths. Whether it’s a timeline shift, weather change, vendor delay, or unexpected hiccup, I handle issues quietly and efficiently so you can stay present and enjoy your day. Most couples never even know something changed.

A retainer is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 1 week prior to the event date. All payment details are outlined clearly in your contract so you know exactly what to expect.
