Your Month-Of Process

45–30 Days Before the Wedding: We begin with a detailed planning meeting to review everything you've prepared: vendors, layout, design elements, logistics, and any remaining questions. I gather all contracts, build your timeline, and begin coordinating with your vendor team.
2 Weeks Before the Wedding: I finalize your timeline, confirm all vendor details, and ensure every moving part is accounted for. You receive a polished, organized plan that outlines exactly how your day will unfold.
Wedding Week: I lead your rehearsal, guide your wedding party, and make sure everyone understands their roles and cues. Behind the scenes, I'm managing communication, checking in with vendors, and preparing for wedding-day execution.
Wedding Day: I manage the full day from setup to final send-off, keeping the timeline on track, guiding transitions, and ensuring your vision is executed with care and precision. My goal is for you to enjoy your celebration without needing to think about logistics for even a second.
